Contact Laura Duryea at Stouffer Realty to discuss your interest. She will arrange a parcel visit with Fred Zumpano, the developer.
Select and reserve your lot. Execute lot reservation contract with deposit.
Begin design process with Zumpano Design and Construction and agree on a building schedule.
Sign a building contract with deposit.
Congratulations! You are now on your way to owning your dream home. It's time to start the building process.
CONSTRUCTION PROCESS AND TIMELINE
On schedule, the entire development will be completed in the next 3-4 years, with
the infrastructure (sewer, electric, roads etc) to begin in late winter/early spring. Construction on the first home will start in early summer.
We anticipate a consistent building cycle, with one home starting every 3 - 4 months.
